Osaka P83 was born from a simple conviction: that the best Japanese food in the North Valley deserves a space that matches its ambition.

We source our fish with the same rigor a Tokyo sushi-ya would, and we bring that standard to every plate that leaves our kitchen. Our hibachi chefs perform, our sushi rolls are built by hand, and our ramen broth simmers for hours before anyone walks through the door.
